R.C. McCalla worked to keep the Tombigbee and Black Warrior River open to navigation during her US Army career

Transferred to the US Army Engineers Tuscaloosa District, circa 1922

Retired from US Army service, date unknown

Sold at public sale in September 1950 to J.F. Fritzel
