Major General William J. Sutton - (04/09/1908 - 09/09/1972), Chief of the Army Reserve. Major General Sutton was regimental commander, chief of staff and
assistant division commander of Texas' 90th Infantry Division. He then went to Washington and was Chief of the Army Reserve from 1 September 1963 31 May 1971.
