  • Delivered in 1927 to Eastern Steam Ship Co. Inc.
  • Acquired, 9 May 1942, by the War Shipping Administration from Eastern Steam Ship Co. Inc.
  • Allocated, 28 July 1942, to the War Department as a bare bottom charter
  • During World War II USAT Yarmouth served in the Europe-Africa-Middle East and Asiatic-Pacific Theaters
  • Redelivered, 12 February 1946 to the War Shipping Administration and was reverted on the same date to the Eastern Steam Ship Co. Inc.
  • Sold to a Liberian interest in April 1954, reflagged Liberia
