  • Laid down in 1944, as the Design 381 Freight-Supply Vessel FS-552 at Brunswick Marine Shipyard, Brunswick GA.
  • Launched in 1944
  • Completed and delivered to the Royal Canadian Navy in November 1944
  • Commission into the Royal Canadian Navy as HMCS Eastore (Z56), 7 December 1944
  • HMCS Eastore served as a supply ship along the east coast of Canada during World War II
  • Paid off (decommissioned) in 8 April 1946
  • Redesignated as a naval auxiliary (AKS) and reentered in service as CNAV Eastore (515)
  • Retired from Canadian naval service, circa 1964
  • Sold, 30 July 1964
  • Final Disposition, the ship's registry was deleted, 4 August 2010, due to the ship's existence being in doubt
