  • Laid down in 1943, as the US Army Design 225 Freight Vessel, Ice-strengthened, F-18, at Equitable Equipment, Madisonville, LA.
  • Launched in 1943
  • Delivered, 20 March 1943, to the US Army Quartermaster Corps.
  • Assigned to the US Army Transportation Corp and placed in commission as USAV F-18, date unknown
  • Decommissioned and retired by US Army, date unknown
  • Sold in 1969 to Smith Tug and Barge Co., Rainier, OR., renamed MV Grizzly, rebuilt, and converted for use as a tugboat
  • Transferred in 1984 to SeaCoast Transportation Co., Seattle, WA.
  • Acquired in 2004 by American Navigation Co., San Francisco, CA.
  • Acquired in 2007 by Harley Marine Services, Seattle, WA.
  • Repowered, date unknown , with two, Caterpillar 398 diesel engines, Caterpillar 3192 reduction gears, at ratio of 5.31:1, two four bladed, fixed pitch, stainless steel propellers, rated 1,800 hp. Her electrical service consistes of two, 50kW Isuzu generator sets.
