  • Launched 13 April 1944
  • Completed 11 July 1944, transferred to Great Britain and named HM MTB-403
  • Returned to U.S. custody 18 October 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 28 November 1945
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission in January 1948
  • Transferred to Italy 1 February 1948 and reclassified as a Torpedo Recovery Craft GIS-003
  • Reclassified GIS-813
  • Reclassified as a Motor Torpedo Boat, MS-813
  • Reclassified MS-463
  • Struck from the Navy list 30 April 1960
  • Fate unknown.
