  • Laid down 5 June 1942 as PT-92 by Higgins Industries, New Orleans, LA
  • Launched 21 November 1942
  • Completed 29 December 1942
  • Transferred to the Soviet Union 15 February 1943 as RPT-8
  • Transfer canceled due to Spring convoys to the Soviet Union being halted
  • Transferred in April 1943 to Great Britain and reclassified HM MTB-422
  • Commanded by TS/Lt. Cecil James Cochran, RNVR from August - September 1944
  • Struck from the Naval Register 28 November 1945
  • Transferred to Italy in February 1947 at Palermo, Sicily
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission in January 1948
  • Reclassified GIS-0023, 4 April 1948
  • Reclassified GIS-841, 1 April 1951
  • Reclassified as a Torpedo Boat MS-841, 1 November 1952
  • Reclassified MS-441, 1 November 1954
  • Stricken 31 October 1985
  • Fate unknown.
