  • Laid down 22 July 1942 by the Defoe Shipbuilding Corp., Bay City, MI
  • Launched 7 September 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-1123, 5 February 1943
  • PC-1123 rammed SC-1470 after mistaking her for a surfaced U-boat off Alligator Reef, Florida
  • Transferred in August 1947 to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission
  • Fate unknown.

  • Propulsion: Two 1,440bhp General Motors 16-258S diesel engines (Serial No. 7809 and 7812), Farrel-Birmingham single reduction gear, two shafts.
