  • Laid down 6 November 1943 by the Commercial Iron Works, Portland, Oregon
  • Launched 18 December 1943
  • Commissioned USS PC-811, 17 April 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 12 April 1946
  • Transferred to the War Shipping Administration in March 1948
  • Transferred to Portugal in 1948 and named Madeira (P 582)
  • Fate unknown.
