  • Reclassified as a Auxiliary Motor Minesweeper, YMS-478, 27 September 1943
  • Launched 8 January 1944
  • Completed 21 August 1944
  • Capsized during Typhoon Ida and grounded at Wakanoura, Japan 18 September 1945
  • Hulk destroyed 24 October 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 20 March 1946.

  • Armament: One 3"/50 dual purpose gun mount, two 20mm mounts and one depth charge projector
