  • Reclassified as an Ocean Minesweeper, MSO-460, 7 February 1955
  • Commissioned USS Notable (MSO-460), 8 June 1955
  • Struck from the Navy Register 1 February 1971
  • Sold for scrap 30 August 1971 to Charles Gural of Rahway, NJ for $2,800.
