  • Launched in October 1942
  • Delivered and transferred to the United Kingdom, 7 October 1942, under the Lend-Lease program for Mediterranean Theater service, redesignated HM LCT-2301
  • Armor plating added in early 1944 in the United Kingdom prior to Reverse Lend-Lease to the US Navy, redesignated LCT(A)-2301
  • During World War II LCT(A)-2301 was assigned to the Europe-Africa-Middle East Theater and participated in the following campaign:
