  • Struck from the Naval Register, 9 June 1944
  • Final Disposition, HM LCT-2284 was in transit from the USA to the UK aboard SS Kosmos II and was lost, 29 October 1942, when SS Kosmos II while sailing with convoy HX-212 was sunk by U-624
