Drawing prepared by the Bureau of Ships for a camouflage scheme intended for attack transports of the APA 6-9 class. Of those, USS Heywood (APA-6), USS William P. Biddle (APA-8) and are known to have received it, while it appears that USS Fuller (APA-7) may also have worn this scheme. The plan, showing the ship's port and starboard sides, is dated 8 February 1944, and was approved by Captain Logan McKee, USN.
