Reassigned to the James River Flotilla in July 1862

Joined the Potomac River Flotilla, 5 September 1862

Reassigned to the North Atlantic Blockading Squadron, 2 December 1862

Decommissioned, 28 September 1865, at Philadelphia Navy Yard
