  • Laid down, 23 May 1945, at Todd Houston Shipbuilding Co., Houston, TX.
  • Launched, 10 September 1945 as Cisne
  • Delivered to the Maritime Commission, 13 December 1945, for lay up in the National Defense Reserve Fleet, Beaumont, TX.
  • Withdrawn from reserve, activated and delivered to the Military Sea Transportation Service (MSTS), 19 August 1950, at New Orleans, LA.
  • Placed in service as USNS Piscataqua (T-AOG-80)
  • During the Korean War Piscataqua participated in the following campaigns:

  • Final Disposition, sold for scrapping, 22 January 1975, to Fuji Marden & Co. Ltd., for $726,800.00 under MARAD contract PD-X-991 dated 16 December 1974. Delivered at Yokohama, 13 February 1975
