  • Acquired by the Military Sealift Command in September 1984, modified for Naval Service at Jacksonville, FL, renamed MV Green Wave, reflagged U. S.
  • Time charter contract awarded to Central Gulf Line, 12 October 1984 to primarily resupply the US Base at McMurdo Antarctica
