  • 18 February 1943: Christened, sponsored by Mrs. Eustace A. (Margaret Phoebe) Brock
  • 18 February 1943: Transferred to the Royal Navy, commissioned as HMS Bazely (K.311), Lcdr. Jeffry V. Brock, RCNVR, in command
  • 20 August 1945: Returned to USN at Chatham, England, commissioned as USS Bazely (DE 2), Lt. Lester H. Watson, USNR, in command
  • 22 October 1945: Decommissioned at the Philadelphia Navy Yard
  • 16 November 1945: Struck from the NVR
  • 28 May 1946: Scrapped at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, scrapping completed on this date
