    YRBM-20 157k YRBM-20 under tow by the Greger Pacific Marine tug Noelani, the ex US Navy tug Winnemucca (YTB-785), transiting Ridge Pass in Puget Sound Noelani had completed her towed of APL-4 from San Diego to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and was returning to San Diego with YRBM-20 for refurbishing.
