  • Constructed for U.S. Army as Floating Machine Shop FMS-811
  • Transferred to U.S. Navy before completion as Floating Workshop YR-86, June 1954
  • Placed out of service and struck from the Naval Register, 01 October 2004
  • Sold by Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) for reuse/conversion, 28 April 2006
  • Sold to Crux Subsurface Inc, Spokane Valley WA and converted to self-contained accommodation barge camp and renamed Alaska Solution (ON 1212495), 2008
  • Final disposition, for sale at Larose, LA, as of summer 2019
