  • Built by unknown builder, Nova Scotia
  • Completed for unknown owner, Weymouth, NS, as civilian craft Pronto (British ON 156837), October 1930
  • Captured as a rum-runner with 2,400 gallons of grain alcohol aboard by USCGC Yamacraw off Georgetown, SC, 20 January 1936
  • Transferred to Navy as YP-65, 17 July 1936
  • Loaned to Volunteer Naval Reserve, Port Isabel, TX, 07 August 1936 1
  • Appears to have primarily been used for recreational fishing
  • Noted as beached and for sale in turning basin, Port Isabel, TX, May 1942
  • Further fate unknown
    1. Contemporary local newspapers state she was donated by Navy to the Rio Grande Valley Navy Club, Harlingen TX.
