Laid down in 1941 as the Lend-Lease Harbor Tug Busy (BYT-1), for Britain, by General Motors and Gulfport Boiler and Welding Works, Port Arthur, TX.
Launched, 3 November 1941
Completed, 3 December 1941 and transferred to Great Britain under terms of the Lend-Lease Act, commissioned into the Royal Navy as HMT Busy
Returned to US Naval Custody in 1945
Struck from the Naval Register, 10 June 1947
Transferred to the Office of Foreign Liquidation in July 1947 for disposal
Final Disposition, fate unknown
