  • Placed in service, 20 April 1944, as Skandawati (YT-370) at Port Arthur, TX.
  • Allocated to Service Force Pacific
  • Redesignated Harbor Tug, Large YTB-370, 15 May 1944
  • Placed out of service in October 1946 and laid up in the Pacific Reserve Fleet, Astoria, OR.
  • Withdrawn from Reserve and reactivated 1952
  • Assigned to Commander, Naval Forces, Far East, at Yokosuka, Japan.
  • Reclassified District Harbor Tug, Medium YTM-370 in February 1962
  • Loaned to the US Army in July 1970 at Naval Base Subic Bay, P.I.
  • Placed out of service and struck from the Naval Register and sold, 15 February 1973

Note the Navy officer in front of the bridge also the large wooden framed pilot house windows have been changed to portlights (portholes), a war time upgrade.
