  • Acquired by the Navy 4 September 1918 at Montreal, Canada and commissioned the same day
  • Decommissioned 8 July 1919 at Newport News, VA and returned to the United States Shipping Board
  • Sold for scrap in 1926 to the Ford Motor Co. of Dearborn, MI.
