  • Acquired by the Navy 24 September 1918 and commissioned the same day at Montreal, Canada
  • Struck from the Navy Register 7 April 1919
  • Decommissioned 8 April 1919 and returned to the United States Shipping Board
  • Scrapped in 1926 by Ford Motor Co. at River Rouge, MI.
