  • Built in 1892 as C. Offerman by Browne, Tottenville, NY
  • Sold 29 November 1906 to the Simmons Lighterage Co. of New York City
  • Acquired by the Navy 30 August 1917 and placed in service as USS Charles P. Kuper (SP 1235)
  • Returned to her owners, the Simmons Transportation Company of New York City, 21 July 1919
  • Fate unknown.

  • Displacement 51 t.
  • Length 62' 6"
  • Beam 17' 11"
  • Draft 7' 3"
  • Speed 13.9 kts.
  • Complement four
  • Armament: Two 1-pounders
  • Propulsion: One 150hp Simple steam engine, one shaft.
