  • Commissioned 2 July 1917
  • Delivered to the Navy 29 September 1917
  • Decommissioned 23 January 1919, struck from the Navy list and returned to her owner
  • Fate unknown.

  • Speed 17 kts.
  • Complement: Seven
  • Armament: One 1-pounder and one machine gun
