  • Laid down 2 October 1942 as PC-1313 by the Annapolis Yacht Yard, Inc., Annapolis, MD
  • Reclassified SC-1313 in April 1943
  • Launched 3 May 1943
  • Commissioned 10 July 1943
  • Struck from the Naval Register 7 February 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 18 September 1945
  • Fate unknown.
