  • Launched 15 December 1942
  • Reclassified SC-737 in April 1943
  • Commissioned SC-737, 20 May 1943
  • Struck from the Naval Register 26 February 1946
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission 13 August 1947
  • Fate unknown.
