  • Laid down 31 October 1941 by the Hiltebrant Dry Dock Co., Kingston, NY
  • Launched 13 March 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-674, 13 August 1942
  • Reclassified SC-674 in April 1943
  • Transferred to the Soviet Union 25 May 1945 and reclassified BO-306
  • Assigned to the Pacific Fleet 8 June 1945
  • Participated in the landing at Seisin (Chongzhin), China 14 August 1945
  • Placed out of service 30 May 1949, reclassified as a Rescue Boat, SPK-11
  • Scrapped 7 July 1956.
