  • Laid down 16 October 1941 by the Weaver Shipyards, Orange, TX
  • Launched 4 April 1942
  • Commissioned PC-667, 22 September 1942
  • Reclassified SC-667 in April 1943
  • Reclassified as a Control Submarine Chaser, SCC-667, 20 August 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 19 December 1945
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission 5 March 1948
  • Fate unknown.
