  • Laid down 4 November 1941 by the Westergard Boat Works, Biloxi, MS
  • Launched 14 May 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-651, 8 August 1942
  • Reclassified SC-651 in April 1943
  • Transferred to France 16 November 1944 and reclassified CH-135
  • Fate unknown.
