  • Laid down 16 October 1941 by the Delaware Bay Shipbuilding Co., Leesburg, NJ
  • Launched 18 April 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-649, 31 July 1942
  • Reclassified SC-649 in April 1943
  • Transferred to France 15 May 1944 and reclassified CH-91
  • Fate unknown.
