  • Laid down 24 December 1941 by the Vinyard Shipbuilding Co., Milford, DE
  • Launched 10 June 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-637, 31 July 1942
  • Reclassified SC-637 in April 1943
  • Struck from the Naval Register 25 February 1946
  • Transferred to the Foreign Liquidation Commission 27 October 1948
  • Fate unknown.
