  • Laid down 24 March 1941 by the Luders Marine Construction Co., Stamford, CT
  • Launched 30 January 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-506, 30 April 1942
  • Reclassified SC-506 in April 1943
  • Transferred to France 27 September 1944 and reclassified CH-113
  • Fate unknown.
