  • Commissioned 13 March 1918
  • Laid up at Mare Island Navy Yard, CA
  • Acquired in October 1920 by the Seattle Fisheries Association, Seattle, WA and named George L. Harvey
  • Sold 6 February 1922 to M. Chechik of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
  • Acquired later in 1922 by the Coal Harbor Wharf and Trading Co., Ltd. of Vancouver, British Columbia
  • Acquired in 1924 by the Courtenay Transportation Co., Ltd. of Vancouver
  • Acquired in 1931 by the Vancouver Barge Transportation Co., Ltd. of Vancouver and named Etta Mac
  • Renamed Grant Lindsay in 1953
  • Acquired in 1963 by Vancouver Tug Boat Co., Ltd., of Vancouver
  • Acquired in 1965 by Phillips G. Grant of Vancouver and renamed Debbie Kathleen K.
  • Burned and sank 1 July 1967 at Gambier Bay, British Columbia.
