  • Commissioned USS SC-108, 21 February 1918
  • Transferred to the War Department 18 September 1919 and reclassified Artillery Steamer V-4
  • Registered in 1927 to Peter Busalacchi of Boston, MA as the fishing boat Mao III
  • Fate unknown.
