  • Reclassified as an Auxiliary Motor Minesweeper, YMS-481, 27 September 1943
  • Launched 20 November 1943
  • Completed 15 March 1944
  • Sunk by shore batteries off Tarakan, Borneo 2 May 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 2 June 1945.
