  • Laid down 10 October 1942 by the Bellingham Marine Railway and Boat Building Co., Bellingham, WA
  • Launched 22 April 1944
  • Completed 9 August 1944
  • Struck from the Naval Register 28 August 1946
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission 29 December 1947 and sold to the Philippines
  • Fate unknown.

  • Armament: One 3"/50 dual purpose gun mount, two 20mm mounts, and two depth charge projectors
