  • Launched 25 June 1943
  • Completed 21 August 1943
  • Damaged by Japanese shore batteries 2 May 1945 north of Tarakan, Borneo and again on 23 June 1945 off Balikpapan, Borneo
  • Struck from the Naval Register 12 March 1948
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission 3 June 1948 and sold
  • Fate unknown.
