  • Laid down 11 March 1943 as YMS-278 by the J. M. Martinac Shipbuilding Co., Tacoma, WA
  • Launched 17 July 1943
  • Completed 12 November 1943, transferred to Great Britain and reclassified HM J-1078
  • Reclassified HM BYMS-2278
  • Struck from the Naval Register 28 August 1947, transferred to Italy and named Primula (DR 407)
  • Reclassified M-5413
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission November 1947
  • Struck from the Italian Navy list in 1967
  • Fate unknown.

  • Armament: One 3"/50 dual purpose gun mount, two 20mm mounts, and two depth charge projectors
