  • Completed 11 July 1943
  • Transferred to the Royal Navy 12 July 1943 and reclassified HMS J-994
  • Reclassified HMS BYMS-2194
  • Struck from the Navy Register 28 August 1947
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission in November 1947
  • Returned to U. S. custody 29 December 1947, transferred to Italy and named Tulipano (DR 416)
  • Reclassified M-5414
  • Struck in 1966
  • Fate unknown.
