  • Laid down 25 April 1941 by the Stadium Yacht Basin, Cleveland, OH
  • Launched 8 November 1941
  • Completed 4 June 1942
  • Struck from the Naval Register 1 May 1946
  • Transferred to the War Shipping Administration in September 1947
  • Fate unknown.

  • Armament: One 3"/50 dual purpose gun mount, two 20mm mounts, and two depth charge projectors
