  • Damaged by coastal defense gun fire 28 June 1945 in the Balikpapan area, Borneo at 01°. 00' S., 117°. 00' E.
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission in May 1946
  • Struck from the Navy Register 3 July 1946
  • Fate unknown.
