MSC-301 was built for Thailand.

MSC-294 Class Coastal Minesweeper:

  • Laid down as MSC-301 by the Tacoma Boat Building Co., Inc., Sturgeon Bay, WI
  • Launched 11 April 1964
  • Completed 17 August 1965, transferred to Thailand and named HTMS Tadindeng (MSC 7)
  • Struck from the Navy Register in 1992
  • Fate unknown.

  • Displacement 375 t.
  • Length 144'
  • Beam 27'
  • Draft 8' 5"
  • Speed 14 kts.
  • Complement 39
  • Armament: Two 20mm mounts
  • Propulsion: Two 500hp General Motors diesel engines, two shafts.
