MSC-268 Class Coastal Minesweeper: Laid down as MSC-284 by the Harbor Boat Building Co., Terminal Island, CA; Completed 12 June 1959 and transferred to South Korea as Kum San (MSC 522). Fate unknown.
Specifications: Displacement 375 t.; Length 144'; Beam 27'; Draft 8' 5"; Speed 14 kts; Complement 39; Armament two 20-mm; Propulsion two 800bhp General Motors 8-268A diesel engines, Snow and Knobstedt single reduction gear, two shafts.
