  • Launched 12 October 1954
  • Reclasified by U. S. Navy as a Coastal Minesweeper, MSC-172, 7 February 1955
  • Completed 20 July 1955
  • Commissioned Dokkum (M 801), 26 July 1955
  • Reclassified Y-8001 in 1985
  • Struck from the Naval Register in 1984
  • Sold for scrap 5 September 1997 at Hattum, The Netherlands.
