  • Laid down as AMS-62 by the Consolidated Shipbuilding Corp., Morris Heights, NY
  • Completed 12 August 1953 and transferred to Portugal as NRP Angra Do Heroísmo (M 407)
  • Reclassified by U. S. Navy as a Coastal Minesweeper, MSC-62, 7 February 1955
  • Discarded in 1973
  • Fate unknown.
