Launched 21 June 1956 and sponsored by Mrs. M. M. Hamilton

Completed 22 February 1957

Transferred to Italy 12 March 1957 and named Sgombro (M 5432)

Reclassified P-5432 in 1990

Decommissioned 3 October 2000

Fate unknown.
