  • Laid down 15 April 1953 as AM-476 by Bellingham Shipyards Co., Bellingham, WA
  • Launched 26 September 1953
  • Delivered 1 October 1954
  • Reclassified as an Ocean Minesweeper, MSO-476, 7 February 1955
  • Transferred to France and named Cantho (M 615), 16 February 1955
  • Reclassified A-769 in 1976
  • Struck from the Navy list in 1987
  • Fate unknown.

  • Speed 15 kts.

  • Armament: One 40-mm mount and two .50 cal. machine guns
